We seek an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional resident care and support, contributing to the well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents in a safe and dignified manner.
  • Promote independence and enhance quality of life through assistance with grooming, self-care, and daily living activities.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless resident care, maintaining accurate records and charts in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

  • Hold a current and valid nursing assistant certification in the State of Illinois.
  • Prior experience in skilled nursing environments is preferred.
  • No abuse records or convictions.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration with residents and staff members.

Compensation Details:

The hourly wage for this position ranges between $16.50 and $19.50 per hour, reflecting a competitive salary package.
