Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at NavitsPartners. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Adhering to hospital infection control practices, including hand hygiene
• Acting as a patient advocate and service ambassador, providing non-judgmental, non-discriminatory care in a culturally sensitive manner
• Assisting in the transportation of patients and specimens
• Collecting patient specimens and data, including vital signs, input/output, and other delegated measurements in accordance with unit/facility policy and standards of care
• Demonstrating flexibility to adapt to the needs of the hospital/unit
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a strong educational background and relevant work experience in a healthcare setting. You should also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you will need to hold current Certified Nurse Assistant certification in California and successfully complete and maintain BLS certification.

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
