RF Engineering Program Manager for Radar and Communications Systems

Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced RF Engineering Program Manager to lead our efforts in designing, developing, and delivering complex radar and communications systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technical personnel, overseeing project execution, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a department of approximately 5-10 engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
- Leading technical program work, including customer interface, requirements development, design reviews, and technical interchanges
- Designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating complex signals intelligence, radar, and communications prototype development systems
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- US citizenship due to contract requirements
- Active DoD TOP SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in developing and implementing real-time system architectures for applications such as signal detection, geolocation, and modulation/demodulation of modern digital communication waveforms
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading development and integration of prototype RF systems for domains like communications, radar, signals intelligence, or electronic warfare

CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
