Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
This competitive salary is based on the national average for Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RNs in Alaska and takes into account the high cost of living in Anchorage.
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Anchorage, AK. As a PCU RN, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care and ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and families
Requirements:
To be successful as a PCU RN at our facility, you must have:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a PCU or similar setting
- Active ACLS and BLS certifications
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
