Job Opportunity at Boston Digital

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Agency Operations Intern. As a key member of our operations team, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple departments, gaining exposure to marketing strategy, sales, project management, and creative development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign management, social media strategy, and content creation.
  • Support the sales team by researching prospects, assisting with client presentations, and tracking leads.
  • Work with project managers to coordinate project deliverables, manage timelines, and communicate with team members.
  • Contribute to the creative team by brainstorming new ideas, supporting digital content development, and helping execute design concepts.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, client-facing presentations, and internal project documentation.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions for agency projects.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Interest in digital marketing, creative content, project management, and business development.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and design software or project management tools is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for creativity and innovation.
