Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Hardgoods team at Sportsman's Warehouse. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the hardgoods department, by facing and straightening merchandise, and replenishing stock as needed.
  • Assist with sales and inventory management by processing and replenishing merchandise, monitoring floor stock, and communicating customer requests to management.
  • Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management, which may include assisting in other departments.
Requirements
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work closely with customers and co-workers.
  • A high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma is recommended, and sales training provided by Sportsman's Warehouse is required.
  • This position involves a variety of physical activities, including talking, hearing, lifting, sitting, standing for multiple hours, and repetitive motions.
