Tennessee Quality Care is seeking a skilled RN Clinical Services Manager to lead our Home Health Division in Martin, TN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing case referrals, reviewing patient information, and assigning clinicians to provide high-quality home care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receives case referrals and reviews patient information to determine home care needs
- Assigns clinicians to cases and reviews their performance to ensure quality care
- Reviews patient clinical diagnosis, medications, and procedures to develop effective care plans
- Collaborates with clinicians to establish therapeutic goals and priorities
- Conducts quarterly record reviews and communicates findings to Executive Director and organization personnel
Requirements:
- Licensed clinician with current licensure to practice professionally within the state
- Graduate of an accredited school with a BSN/DPT/MOT/MSLP degree preferred
- Two years management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably home care
- Complies with current CPR certification and maintains a valid driver's license with proof of insurance
