About the Role
As a key member of our team at Urban Air Adventure Parks, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. This exciting opportunity is perfect for those who are passionate about providing top-notch service and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business
• Work efficiently with a sense of urgency, maintaining a clean and organized workspace while interacting with guests
• Provide recommendations on products and menu selection to enhance the guest experience
• Manage queues, upsell, and maximize profit
• Ensure compliance with health code regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
• Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Previous restaurant or quick service experience desired
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
• ServSafe or similar food handling certification a plus

Physical Demands
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
• Capacity to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and move around the facility

We offer an estimated salary of $35,000 per year, based on your exceptional customer service skills and experience.
