Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize program materials for lessons and activities, documenting attendance, incidents, and observations.
  • Deliver our curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building.
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain safety, well-being, and attention.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
  • Meet regularly with the Program Manager to discuss professional progress and team accountability.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years old
  • College credits in early childhood education, child development, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift 25lbs
  • Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements
