Our Consultant Development Program (CDP) is an immersive paid-training program designed to help you strengthen the technical and professional skills you'll need to enter the workforce as a full-time Information Security Associate.

We are looking for talented individuals who want to develop their skills in various areas, including Enterprise Risk, Compliance, Solutions Implementation, and Threat Research. As a Developing Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting project delivery activities based on your selected practice area and assisting in developing billable work projects.

The ideal candidate will have basic familiarity with networking concepts, computer troubleshooting, business planning, and accounting. You should also possess strong multi-tasking and time management skills, dynamic interpersonal skills, and excellent writing skills. Additionally, knowledge of compliance frameworks and IT certifications are a plus.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn about industry-standard certifications, National and International standards and frameworks like PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and ISO 27001, and observe implementations of enterprise security solutions. You will also assist in internal and external penetration testing and social engineering projects.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 based on location in Fairfax, VA or Irvine, CA. If you are selected for this program, you will become a Developing Consultant with us. This opportunity will challenge and motivate both your aptitude and attitude in Cyber Security. Successful completion of our program as a Developing Consultant may lead to a full-time offer as an entry-level Information Security Associate.
