Job Overview

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic LPN to provide high-quality patient care and support our interdisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Supervise Nurse Aide Trainees and Certified Nurse Aides, ensuring they receive guidance and support to deliver high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including documentation of medication administration, treatments, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of South Dakota.
  • Pass a pre-employment background check and tuberculosis test upon hire.
