Laborer for Residential Builders

The Local Residential Builder is seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will assist in the successful completion of residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Superintendent in the construction process, including material handling and inspection.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project schedules.
• Identify and address construction-related challenges, proposing solutions to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential construction preferred, including knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively coordinate and assist in supervising subcontractors and on-site personnel.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
