About the Role

This is a dynamic role that involves showcasing our properties to prospective residents, managing inquiries, and following up on correspondence. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth move-in processes and maintaining the condition of our model units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with prospective residents and showcase our properties
  • Manage inquiries and follow up on correspondence in Yardi
  • Help with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verifications
  • Ensure smooth move-in processes
  • Maintain the condition of our model units
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in leasing within multifamily housing or a sales-related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Yardi software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Experience in showing properties, handling lease negotiations, and managing application processes
  • Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis

We offer a competitive salary range of $43,000 - $48,000 per year, plus generous commissions and bonuses potential. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision options, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
