We provide wraparound services such as case management, language interpretation, and financial assistance to meet each patient's unique needs.
Job DetailsThe ideal candidate will have primary care and/or psych experience as an RN. We also consider RNs coming from acute care or LTC who are passionate about primary care. Our patient population consists of individuals from low socioeconomic backgrounds with mental health disorders, as well as immigrant patients. The schedule is flexible, offering 4 or 5 shifts a week, with a preference for 5 x 8s Monday – Friday.
