Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Radiographer to join our team, responsible for preparing equipment, providing patient care, and maintaining a sterile environment during cardiovascular procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare equipment before and during procedures
  • Identify and assess patient conditions, prepare, position, and provide patient care
  • Establish and maintain a sterile environment
Professional Practice
  • Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in the orientation of new staff
  • Use downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks by Charge person or manager
Qualifications
  • Complete Cath Lab RT Orientation within 6 months
  • Hold certifications from recognized bodies, including American Registry of Radiologic Technologist and/or Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
Education & Experience
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program
  • One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred
