Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Management Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in estimating, project planning, and implementation. You will work closely with our experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimating and Bidding: Assist in preparing estimates for construction projects, including reviewing bid documents, researching labor costs, and developing detailed scopes of work.
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of materials and services.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project correspondence, meeting minutes, and safety documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skillset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork capabilities.
