Job Overview

We are seeking a Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at Chili's Grill & Bar in Skokie. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome for every guest.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a smile and provide personalized service throughout their dining experience
  • Manage the wait list and ensure accurate communication with guests regarding wait times
  • Communicate any guest concerns to management when necessary
  • Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate staff member
  • Assist fellow team members as needed to maintain a smooth and efficient service

Compensation and Benefits:
