Care Coordinator for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to join our team at Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc.
About the Role:This position involves providing personalized support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for helping them acquire and maintain essential skills for daily living, domestic tasks, adaptive skills, and socialization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 in-home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Assist individuals in achieving various goals in their homes and local communities.
- Transport individuals to medical appointments, personal shopping, and recreational activities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive community.
Requirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to drive individuals in your personal vehicle throughout the community.
- Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) clearance required.
- Valid driver's license and registered vehicle with existing auto insurance in your name.
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification required or willingness to obtain.
- A competitive hourly rate of $20 based on experience.
- Flexible work hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

- A $250 bonus after 30 days worked.
