Job Description

As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients through face-to-face interactions and personalized service. You will also be required to:

  • Originate and close consumer loans
  • Open accounts and manage customer information
  • Recommend financial solutions based on client needs and goals
  • Participate in sales campaigns and promotions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of customer service experience
  • One to three years of sales experience
  • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Effective selling and referral skills
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $20.00 - $24.01 per hour, depending on location and experience.
