MRI Technologist

Fairview Health Services is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at the Edina Imaging Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, providing exceptional patient care, and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform MRI examinations and identify relevant data from images accurately
- Provide excellent patient care and verify patient identification and documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in creating a culture of patient safety and quality
- Stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements and adhere to regulatory agency standards
- Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Meet MRI Safety Screen requirements
- Preferred: 3 or more years of technologist experience and advanced certification in MRI
