Nursing Resident Program for New Graduates in Acute Care

In this comprehensive nursing residency program, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a New Graduate RN Resident, you will work closely with experienced nurse leaders and educators to provide exceptional care to patients in our state-of-the-art hospital.
About the Role:
The RN Resident coordinates and delivers high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing models and standards of practice. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, you will assess patient condition, perform procedures, and document care in a timely and thorough manner. You will also have the opportunity to participate in hands-on simulations, preceptorship training, and evidence-based practice projects to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must have a registered nurse license or graduate nurse status in the state and possess basic cardiac life support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment. Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification is required within one year of employment. No previous experience is necessary, but some travel may be required for training.
