Job Description

As a key member of our team at BB BHF STORES LLC, the Delivery Associate will play a vital role in maintaining the appearance of our showroom and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position requires a high level of professionalism, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and maintain customers through exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate product features and explain the benefits to customers.
  • Perform basic furniture, appliance, and home electronics installation and removal.
  • Comply with all company vehicle safety standards and documentation.
  • Provide inside and outside service calls, protecting company assets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Intermediate math skills and ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code.
  • Ability to drive during day and night, meeting all safety requirements.
  • Proficient navigational skills with a satisfactory driving record and meet insurability requirements.
  • Regular and consistent attendance, including nights and weekends as business dictates.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting, loading, moving, and using a dolly for merchandise weighing up to pounds.
  • Stooping, bending, pulling, climbing, reaching, and grabbing as required.
  • Ability to traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliance, and electronics.
  • Prolonged driving and standing in a variety of climates and weather conditions.
