Head Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to join our team at KidStrong Raleigh. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of learning and development for our coaches and families, while delivering key business results such as sales performance and member retention.

• Center Operations: Oversee daily operations, including center maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Sales: Maintain flawless lead management, conduct call drives, and source local events to increase brand awareness and drive incremental leads and memberships.
• Leadership: Foster a coaching culture, assess and document coach performance, and partner with the Area Developer on onboarding, managing, and evaluating coaching candidates.
• Coaching: Deliver an evolving curriculum, understand the why behind the KidStrong curriculum, and demonstrate and manage the implementation of various programming and curriculum elements.

• Coaching background and passion for working with children.
• Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians and communicating effectively with the team.
• Achieve Coach Certification through the HQ Training and Certification team.
• Complete training through LearnUpon as required by the HQ Training and Certification team.
• Prior experience in management is preferred but not required.
