About the Job
We're looking for a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to our customers, and performing a variety of tasks to meet McDonald's standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for customers
- Monitor performance during shifts and take action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift
- Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and have fun in a fast-paced environment
- 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants
