Job Summary

As a Radiologic Technologist with Healthcare Staffing Plus, you will be responsible for obtaining high-quality radiographs of patients using various imaging modalities. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain quality radiographs of patients using computed tomography (CT) scanners and other imaging equipment
Comply with radiation safety guidelines to protect patients and staff
Operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently
Perform computer operations, including Meditech and PACS, to ensure accurate charges and verification of physician orders
Provide patient care in a professional and courteous manner
Prepare examination rooms for radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures
Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure room cleanliness and neat appearance of work areas

Requirements

BLS and ACLS certification
National Institutes of Health (NIH) certification
Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) certification
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong technical skills
Knowledge of medical terminology
Passionate about patient care
Minimum of two years of current CT Tech experience
Graduate from a fully accredited Radiology Tech/CT Tech program
Active unencumbered CT Tech New Hampshire state license
One year of Epic experience
COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster
