We are seeking a highly skilled Aerial Lineman to join our team at Future Telecom. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining aerial communications infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret cable, phone, and fiber prints to ensure accurate installation and maintenance.
- Conduct site assessments to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Operate aerial bucket trucks and climbing equipment to access and maintain aerial communications infrastructure.
- Perform daily paperwork and documentation to track job progress and completion.
- Comply with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a professional attitude and communicate effectively with managers, coworkers, and customers.
- Valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work at heights and in diverse weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift 75 pounds and work on feet for extended periods.
