We are seeking a skilled Medical Professional to join our team at a Community Health Organization. As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing medical care to underserved populations locally.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in family medicine or a related field (FNP or Physician Assistant experience preferred)
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- A Monday-to-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends
