Job Description

At C-Sharpe Co, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Service Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for representing our company in a professional manner to all clients while utilizing leadership skills to co-workers and those around us.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow safety rules for the well-being of yourself and team members.

2. Acquire V-RAT certification.

3. Work with the safety manager on rappel plans well ahead of scheduled rappel dates.

4. Communicate and work well with the Superintendent/Manager and team members.

5. Show leadership to co-workers; own the job.

6. Willingness to train a co-worker (Service Tech).

7. Enforce PPE.

8. Communicate material & tool needs to the Superintendent/Manager ahead of time.

9. Maintain jobsite cleanliness at all times.

10. Complete tasks within set durations.

11. Properly maintain tools.

12. Follow all C-Sharpe Company Employee Handbook guidelines, including:

a. Keep reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

b. Come to work every day on time.

c. Follow the dress code.

d. Avoid vulgar language and gestures.

e. Communicate time-off requests with the Superintendent.

13. Display a desire to learn more.

14. Properly maintain vehicles; the vehicles are your responsibility.

15. Ensure accurate and clear daily time tracking.

16. Double-check daily time tracking before submission for a co-worker (Service Tech).

17. Turn in daily reports every day.

Physical Requirements:

1. Lifting and carrying items weighing approximately 50 pounds.

2. Operating power tools overhead.

3. Operating power tools in squatting and kneeling positions.

4. Climbing and working from ladders.

5. Working from suspended scaffolds (swing stages) and boom lifts at heights up to 200 feet.

6. Working while wearing a respirator.

7. Working while wearing a fall protection harness.
