The annual salary range for this position is $70,000-$120,000.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Lead to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise.
- Manage a team of associates, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and analyze productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
