Occupational Therapist Specialist

MedAdventures is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to work in one of our largest Skilled Nursing Facility partners in the Coudersport area. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university, and a valid license to practice in the state of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Screen and evaluate residents to determine their need for Occupational Therapy.
* Establish an individualized treatment program with consultation to facility staff in areas of Occupational Therapy.
* Provide results of the evaluation and treatment objectives to caregivers, family members, and residents.
* Implement the treatment program based on evaluative results, and monitor the resident's response to treatment, altering the plan as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
* Valid Occupational Therapy license granted from the state of employment.
* Previous experience in long-term care is preferred, but not required.
* Active and up-to-date OTR status.
