Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Simmons Bank. This is a complex-level professional role that requires strong leadership and management skills.

About the Role

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for supervising assigned associates/officers of the Compliance Group, providing training, quality control, and overseeing work of applicable staff. This position will also perform high-level professional compliance tasks, including managing complex issues and implementing regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of compliance professionals
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement compliance initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, law)
  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
