- The University of Vermont Medical Center (UVMMC) is a 562-bed tertiary referral center, transplant center, and Level 1 Trauma Center for Vermont and Northern Upstate New York.
- We have four IR dedicated angiography suites, a procedural CT scanner, and an additional minor procedure room.
- Off-site procedural space in an ambulatory setting for elective procedures will be initiated in 2024.
- We offer an ACGME-approved Independent IR Residency Program for two residents per year, an Early Specialization in IR (ESIR) program for up to two residents per year, and are initiating the Integrated IR Residency program with a plan for two residents per year.
- Options exist to lecture to undergraduate and graduate students at UVM through Departmental courses.
- Research opportunities are plentiful and include a 3.0T dedicated research magnet housed in the Department of Radiology.
- This is a Clinical Scholar Pathway full-time position with the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor.
- Applicants must have completed a ACGME-accredited fellowship or IR residency and must be IR/DR Dual board certified or eligible. Current Interventional Radiology Residents are encouraged to apply.
