Job Description

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Vinfen. As an LPN, you will work in a small, comfortable residential setting, providing person-centered clinical care to individuals with brain injuries, intellectual and developmental disabilities, or other complex health needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess each individual's physical health needs and provide skilled nursing interventions
  • Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines
  • Assist individuals to become a part of their communities
  • Communicate any change in status to appropriate individuals
  • Perform individual assessments with any change of status

Requirements:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in Massachusetts
  • 1-2 years supervised practical experience, including internships, in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
  • Experience working with people with Brain Injury or behavioral conditions
  • Strong time management and writing skills
