We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Annandale as a part-time LPN. This role offers a $5,000 Sign on bonus and comes with an attractive salary package.

About the Job

This is a staff position that involves direct care responsibilities as well as supervisory duties for caregivers. As a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing personnel to deliver quality care and coordinating care delivery to ensure residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies, and federal, state, and local guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise nursing personnel to deliver high-quality care
  • Coordinate care delivery to meet residents' needs
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
  • 2-3 years clinical experience in gerontological nursing, including dementia population
  • Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
  • Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
