About the Role

Responsibilities
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times.
• Develop personalized care plans for each resident, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for our residents.
Requirements
• Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
• Possess a valid RN state license and CPR certification.
• Have experience in long-term care and a strong understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines that relate to this field.
