This program eliminates human error from documentation, alleviates tracking inaccuracies, and provides electronic access to all care team members. The use of photo-documentation streamlines and standardizes patient care, uniting science and art in objective treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and evaluate resident healthcare in long-term care settings.
- Travel daily to various facilities, regions may vary based on scheduling needs.
- Treat chronic and acute episodic wound-related illnesses.
- Collaborate with internal and external wound care teams.
- Work with medical directors to develop and implement care plans.
- Apply and manage topical wound care products and associated wound management techniques.
- Educate patients and primary care physicians on current wound management practices.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with a degree from an accredited program.
- Proficient in modalities and procedures used in wound healing.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, function, and structure.
- Ability to apply safety standards in clinical environments.
- Independent working style with excellent communication skills.
