Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team at HR Value Partners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a diverse range of equipment to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
  • Travel to job sites for on-site equipment repairs, typically twice a month during busy seasons.
  • Operate and maintain various tools and equipment to ensure vehicles are fully operational.
  • Collaborate with the Fleet Asset Manager to keep vehicles and equipment ready for upcoming jobs.
  • Follow and uphold safety standards, including D.O.T., OSHA, and company-specific safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in auto, diesel, or heavy-duty fleet maintenance, or equivalent experience in machine shops and with mechanical systems.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel out of state as needed.
  • Owning a set of basic tools.
  • Able to work long hours and operate in environments with moving mechanical parts and potential exposure to outdoor weather, fumes, and chemicals.
