About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a critical member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our financial advisors and clients.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will work closely with our financial advisors to develop and implement strategies to achieve our clients' financial goals.

In addition to your client-facing responsibilities, you will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including administrative tasks, marketing activities, and business planning. You will be an integral part of our team and will play a key role in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to financial advisors and clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their financial goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve clients' financial goals
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including administrative tasks and marketing activities
  • Participate in business planning and strategy development
