Critical Care Nurse

Cynet Health is seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team in the PACU department. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement patient care plans to address patient problems, goals, and evaluations.
- Report symptoms and significant changes in patient condition to appropriate personnel.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs and readiness for discharge with other members of the care team.
- Apply age-specific standards, policies, and procedures in caring for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Administer medications based on patient age and follow age-specific standards of care during altered states of consciousness.
- Perform and interpret EKGs and report findings to physicians.
- Evaluate patient/family learning needs, abilities, preferences, and readiness to learn.
- Provide patient/family education using a collaborative interdisciplinary process.
- Document all findings appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with current licensure in good standing.
- Evidence of current AHA BLS, PALS, and ACLS credential mandatory.
- Minimum one year of current PACU hospital experience.
