Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Care Professional to join our team in the Children's Emergency Center, located inside the adult emergency department. As a member of our team, you will provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care, fostering patient/family-centered care and adhering to safety protocols, cost containment, and quality improvement principles.

You will assess patients' conditions, develop individualized plans of care, and prioritize tasks based on patient and unit needs. You will also delegate nursing tasks as appropriate, monitor quality of care, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
  • One year experience as a registered nurse; successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or comparable residency accepted
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $90,000 per year
