Job Summary

FSA Federal is seeking highly skilled professionals to fill various levels of Bankruptcy Auditor/Financial Analyst positions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis and auditing to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and auditing of corporate structures, including assets, liabilities, and financial documents.
  • Assist counsel in reviews and analysis of bankruptcy cases, ensuring accuracy and adequacy of financial documents.
  • Perform technical review of reports and assist counsel with analysis of bankruptcy cases administered by standing and panel trustees.
  • Review audits of trustees performed by Independent Public Accountants for thoroughness and adequacy.
  • Ensure trustee accounting statements meet bond level requirements and make recommendations as necessary.
  • Perform other legal tasks as directed by the United States Trustee or designee, including accounting, financial analysis, investigative, research, and other business-related tasks.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, finance, and auditing, with a minimum of one year of experience in a related field. A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a Graduate level degree preferred for senior-level positions.

Certifications such as CIRA, CFE, or CPA are highly desirable. The target salary range for this position is $63,610 - $136,180, depending on experience and qualifications.
