Facilities Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team at Schulte Companies. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for repairs and address any issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, including documenting work completed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all employees and guests.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to support special projects and initiatives.
About the Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package reflects the importance of this role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining high standards of service quality.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in facilities operations and maintenance, including knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work at heights if necessary.
