Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will work directly with individuals who require support with their daily living needs, including personal hygiene and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a supportive and inclusive environment

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
