Executive Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Executive Team Leader to join our General Merchandise & Food Sales team at Target. As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of experts, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Drive total store sales and understand your role in sales growth
- Manage Food & Beverage, food services, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all GM areas of the store
- Lead a team of experts in operations, accuracy, and efficiency
- Enable efficient delivery to our guests by leading pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work
- Develop a strategy and utilize workload planning tools to complete all scheduled workload
- Conduct regular check-ins with your team to ensure completion of tasks and workload
- Manage all GM backroom and sales floor areas, review all reporting to identify gaps, and develop a plan to resolve
- Oversee GM Team Leaders' workload planning, including transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all GM areas
- Drive fulfillment sales by leading the Fulfillment team to fulfill each order accurately and efficiently
- Drive a culture centered in food safety, train, validate, and coach team to deliver proper execution on all food safety standards and cleaning routines
- Lead an efficient operation to fund the sales culture
- Oversee Food & Beverage Team Leader's workload planning, including transitions, revisions, sales plans, sampling, and promotions
- Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers on store sales goals
- Know and assess the competition, leverage guest insights and feedback to drive the business, and be the destination of choice for our guests
- Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs, including early morning, evening, overnight shifts, and weekends
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable
- Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial, and quantitative analysis
- Learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
