About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our electrical projects in the Greater Nashville area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and managing electrical projects, implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency, and supervising a team of electrical professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the project or construction manager, you will oversee electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • You will manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects, ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M, with gross margins over 13%.
  • As a leader, you will supervise 2-4 or more supervisors, with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sites.
  • You will independently start and manage projects, ensuring they are executed in accordance with our company's values and standards.
  • Through your leadership, you will deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • You will help recruit, train, and develop foremen, journeyman, and apprentices, ensuring our team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • You will maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry.

Requirements
  • You will have 6+ years' experience managing high-dollar projects and large teams.
  • Current Foremen II and III will have 2-4+ years of supervisory experience respectively.
  • You will have experience utilizing prefabrication.
  • You will be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives.
  • You will enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high-quality electrical workmanship.
  • You will be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications.
