Job Summary

The Office Assistant/Process Service Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional client service through daily email correspondence and data entry management.

This role involves receiving and processing client requests, updating customer information, and coordinating job fulfillment across departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hyper-responsive email support to clients
  • Accurately capture job details, including billing information and client preferences
  • Manage data entry requirements, including entering notices and updating client information
  • Coordinate job fulfillment, including scheduling locations for deposition services
  • Monitor resource backlogs and update job status notes
  • Assist the sales team with new leads and potential client concerns
  • Correct and modify inaccurate information as requested
  • Run and distribute reports on job execution for clients
  • Ensure accurate billing and approval processes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in litigation service or customer service fields
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and typing skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
