Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and manage a caseload of 10-15 clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional client care, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform treatment plans
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans in CentralReach, aligning with assessment data, parent goals, and skill deficits
  • Supervise RBTs, provide training, and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, making referrals as needed for optimal client progress
  • Conduct ongoing treatment updates, graph reviews, and program revisions based on learner performance
  • Ensure BIPs, programming, and treatment plans are up-to-date and aligned with client needs
Requirements
  • BACB certification and a Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum three years' experience working directly with children with autism and/or developmental delays
  • One year of supervisory experience with BCaBA, RBT, or ABA Therapist
  • Willingness to relocate to the Cayman Islands for at least 2.5 years
