Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with StepStone Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and assign rooms to guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.

• Issue room keys and provide guests with clear instructions on hotel services and amenities.

• Sort and track incoming mail and messages, maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy.

• Utilize various communication channels to transmit and receive messages, ensuring prompt and effective communication with guests and staff.

• Answer inquiries regarding hotel services, guest registration, and local information, providing guests with accurate and helpful information.

• Maintain accurate records of room availability and rates, ensuring up-to-date information for guests and staff.

• Compute guest bills, collect payment, and make change, handling financial transactions with precision and professionalism.

• Make, confirm, and cancel reservations via various communication channels, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

• Post charges to guest bills, handling discrepancies and issues with professionalism and poise.

• Assist with various office tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.

Requirements

• High school education required, with relevant training and experience preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of hotel departments and functions, with excellent mathematical and computer skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

• CPR and first aid training preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
