Product Manager, Digital Shopping Experience

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Apple Store Online Product Team, focusing on the Shopping Experience. This is a technical role that links between business, design, and engineering to deliver incredible experiences and products to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of strategies and plans to achieve business goals and deliver amazing customer experiences.
  • Establish and manage the technical product roadmap related to Digital Shopping Experiences, working to ensure alignment across the business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Drive product discovery, requirements, and delivery of new capabilities.
  • Communicate ideas, plans, and program status to partners and leadership.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or other similar technical degree, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 7+ years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences.
  • Ability to dive into technical details and designs including web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, across all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record of developing and delivering multi-year experience and capability roadmaps with complex interdependencies.
  • Experience leveraging data and insights to design customer-facing programs and capabilities globally.
  • Experience with business analysis, process improvement, and project management methodologies.
  • Comfort with emerging technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in digital commerce.
  • Ability to challenge conventions and debate solutions to identify the best possible outcome for customers.
  • Experience delivering marketing capabilities on large e-commerce websites, apps, or CRM platforms.
