Key Responsibilities

  • Network with local fire stations, unions, and professional firefighter organizations to promote membership expansion
  • Manage all regional office operations, including lending and deposit pipelines
  • Provide training, tools, and resources to team members to ensure their success
  • Hold teams accountable for meeting service level agreements and provide coaching, feedback, or training as needed
  • Assist the Credit Union with executing the business plan

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a branch manager or a financial services branch representative
  • Experience supervising or managing employees
  • Experience with sales and operations at a financial institution
